Rental Rates

Rates for 2008 & 2009

• Sunday-Thursday        $300.00 per night + tax

Only $25 per person, per night based on full occupancy.

• Friday-Saturday          $535.00 per night + tax

Only $45 per person, per night based on full occupancy.

Prices are per night, not per person. Rate remains the same regardless of number of renters. Maximum occupancy is twelve persons. Friday and Saturday arrivals require a two night minimum. A $200.00 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. Prices do not include tax.  Tax rate is 5.5%   

Day Rentals

• Monday-Thursday           $150.00 + tax 

One day rentals from approximately 10:00am to 10:00pm (schedule permitting).  Actual available hours may vary.  No overnight stays.

Perfect for that day away to work on your projects.  Hold a special class.  Have a family reunion, plan a business meeting, or throw a party! Use of the craft room, main floor and walkout level of the house.

No bedrooms.

Hosted Weekends

There are hosted weekends available during the year.  The owner is the host on these weekends.  These are all-inclusive.  No cleaning!  Just relax and enjoy!  The dates are listed below but are also on the calendar.  The cost for a hosted weekend is $160.00 per person, including tax. This is perfect for a small group or individuals that want to getaway.  Grab a girlfriend and join the fun!

Pampered Private Weekends

Want to spend time with a group of friends, plan a meeting or a customer appreciation weekend but dont want to work?  These weekends are for those groups.  I come do it all for you and your guests!    It is for a maximum of 10 guests, no minimum number required..  The cost for this weekend is $1,600.00 plus 5.5% tax.  Contact me for more information!

• Small store of scrapbooking items available.
• Check-in and check-out time 3pm (somewhat flexible).

What a wonderful way to relax!  Enjoy taking a warm, whirlpool bath during your visit.
