Twelve
. Each guest has their own twin bed. NO bunk
beds!
How much
work space is provided?
Each guest
will have their own 5' table and comfortable, fully
adjustable office chair. Great lighting & several
outlets.
Where
is Crafter's Hideaway located?
The home
is 65 miles from the Twin Cities in Turtle Lake, WI~near Amery.
Is
this a house or a cabin?
It is a
house, not a cabin. It consists of four levels. Very
bright and comfortable.
How are
the bedrooms situated?
There are
four bedrooms. Three are located on the top floor. One
of the bedrooms on this level has four beds and the other two bedrooms
have three beds. The fourth bedroom located on the walkout
level has two beds.
Is
the house air-conditioned?
Yes, the
home has central air.
What
is check-in and check-out time?
Check-in
is 3:00pm. Check-out time is 12:00noon. This can be
adjusted if there is no group arriving on your scheduled departure
day.
Do
I need to bring bedding or towels?
No, each
bed has sheets, blanket, quilt and pillow. One towel and washcloth
are also provided for each guest. Just bring your personal
toiletry items.
Do
you have blow dryers?
Yes, there
are three blow dryers.
Do
I have to do "crafty" stuff when I come there?
Absolutely
not! This is your time! You can choose to spend it as you wish.
Paint your nails, read a book, watch movies, visit the casino in
Turtle Lake, visit the local shops, canoe on the St. Croix; you
decide.
Is
smoking permitted?
No, Crafter's
Hideaway is a smoke-free environment.
What
if I don't have a group of twelve people?
If you
don't have a group of twelve, check the calendar for hosted weekends.
The owner is the host and these weekends are designed for individuals
or small groups wishing to getaway. You may also check the message
board for other groups that may have openings to fill.
How do
I make a reservation?
Simply fill
out the reservation form found on the "contact us" page.
Payment must be received within seven days of email confirmation
